The Connection Between Settler’s Yard & Anna’s Acres
Settler’s Yard and Anna’s Acres are deeply connected—both in vision and in purpose.
Owned and developed by Todd and Carrie Melloh, these two properties were intentionally designed to complement one another. While Anna’s Acres offers a wide-open, farm-based experience centered around animals, education, and outdoor connection, Settler’s Yard was created as a dedicated space to gather, celebrate, and bring people together in a more structured, event-driven setting.
Together, they create a unique ecosystem:
